Frequently Asked Questions

  • Lady Bird PT is an out-of-network clinic, meaning we do not directly bill insurance. You can pay for services with an HSA or FSA card and we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. This model allows us to provide personalized, unhurried care focused entirely on your needs.

  •  For pregnant folks, we recommend an evaluation around the beginning of your third trimester. Follow-up appointments typically begin around 3-6 weeks postpartum. However, we also support people during fertility journeys, menopause, and various pelvic health concerns.

  • Sessions are 55 minutes long, and you should plan to be in the office for about an hour. We typically start with weekly appointments for a few visits before reducing frequency. Our clinic average is 6 visits over 3-4 months, though some people need just one visit while others benefit from longer care.

  • We offer comprehensive pelvic floor physical therapy including pregnancy care, birth preparation, postpartum rehabilitation, C-section scar work, fertility support, menopause support, and various specialized treatments.
