Lady Bird PT is hiring!

  • We are looking for a pelvic floor physical therapist who can't wait to join us as a full time PT. We have both a 3-6 month contract and long-term salaried positions available.

    Our ideal candidate has a love for pelvic floor physical therapy and experience in either an orthopedic or pelvic floor setting. They’re passionate about improving the lives of their patients, enthusiastic about improving their skills and want to support folks during this intimate times in their lives as part of our team.

    This position is ideal for anyone who:

    • Wants mentorship and clinical training

    • Wants to spend more time with their patients and less time on paperwork

    • Values patient experience

    • Takes pride in the service they provide

    • Wants to get paid for documentation time

    • Wants to max their caseload at 7 patients a day

    Qualifications:

    • At least one year of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics or pelvic floor therapy

    • PT or OT licensure in Texas or the ability to get Texas licensure

    • Excellent time management and communication skills

  • Job Description

    We do not currently have an open position but are always accepting applications for the future.

    Lady Bird PT is ready to hire an amazing full-time office administrator to help us keep our office running smoothly as we grow! Our office administrator needs to be passionate about helping pregnant and postpartum people, extremely organized and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bonus points for anyone who has personal experience with Lady Bird PT as a previous patient or experience as a pelvic floor PT patient.

    We're looking for someone with a passion for supporting birthing people and a positive outlook and warm disposition who likes to leave things better than how they found them. Our team is passionate and full of positive energy. We want to find our perfect fit!

    ​Responsibilities:

    • Answering phone calls and all patient facing communication

    • Being the voice of the clinic and guiding all new and existing patients through the logistics of their care

    • Organizing and following up on paperwork

    • Processing patient payments

    • Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments

    • Managing referral source relationships

    • Running inquiry calls with prospective patients

    Preferred but not required:

    • Experience working as an administrator in a medical office

    • Experience working as a birth worker or wellness professional

    • Previous patient experience at Lady Bird PT
