In this class, we’ll test for diastasis, talk through what those findings actually mean, and learn how to use that information to guide your exercise. We’ll go through postpartum core strengthening, explore modifications and progressions, and bust some of the myths that can make postpartum exercise feel much more complicated than it needs to be.
We’ll cover:

What having a diastasis recti actually means for your body and athletic performance
Postpartum-friendly core strengthening
When to modify, when to progress, and when to keep going
