Fall Prenatal Movement Series

Pregnancy is a season of constant change — and movement can help you feel strong, supported, and ready for birth. This three-part series at Lady Bird PT is designed specifically for pregnant bodies, blending mobility, strength, and education. Each session will give you practical tools you can use right away, whether you’re looking to prepare your body for labor, keep moving safely during pregnancy, or learn strategies to reduce tearing and push confidently.

Each class is $15 and open to all pregnant people — no prior experience required. Join us for one or all three!
