Morning Breakdown:
A quick breath work and pelvic health warm up
30 minutes of body-weight movement focusing on core and glute strengthening. (modifications for pregnant, newly postpartum, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence or prolapse)
Tacos, Blenders & Bowls, Coffee (no kids = uninterrupted snacks and hot coffee- YES PLEASE!)
A few short talks including Jessica from Lady Bird PT and Jeanne from I Am Nurtured
Time to connect with Austin's amazing postpartum community.
