Balancing Hormones Postpartum Free Webinar

A question we hear all the time as pelvic floor physical therapists: Is it my hormones or is this just a normal postpartum experience?? Think about your anxiety, brain fog, changes in your cycle, etc. Many new parents hit a wall when talking about hormonal symptoms because they are constantly told that the changes are a normal part of parenthood, while in fact, there are things that you can do at home to balance your hormones and feel more like yourself.

Join Jessica on December 14th at 4 PM, where she will interview Amber of Amber Dawn Wellness.

In this webinar they will discuss:

  • Common hormonal imbalances and their causes

  • What balancing your hormones means for your health

  • How stress, diet and sleep are all major players in your hormonal health

  • How to use food and supplements to support hormone health
+a Q&A with Amber at the end

Join us in October, where Jessica will interview Hollis Wakefield, a NICU doula.

In this interview we will discuss:

  • What are common reasons a baby would need to go to the NICU?

  • What are ways that parents can prepare for the NICU?
