Dr. Lisa Levins, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Lisa is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist based in Austin, Texas. She was drawn to physical therapy through a passion for movement, problem-solving, and helping people feel more confident in their bodies. Lisa believes patients deserve care that is both evidence-based and deeply individualized, and she is passionate about helping people find practical, sustainable solutions that improve the way they move through everyday life.
Lisa has worked across outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health settings, helping patients navigate complex pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, orthopedic injuries, and the physical demands of exercise and daily life. She has also helped develop pelvic health programs and mentor clinicians and students along the way.
Her treatment style blends advanced manual therapy with progressive strength-based rehabilitation to create durable, real-world change that extends far beyond the clinic. One of Lisa’s favorite parts of being a physical therapist is helping patients reconnect with activities that make them feel strong, capable, and like themselves again. She especially enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and creating a supportive environment where people feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the rehab process.
Lisa lives in Austin with her husband, Garrett, along with Michi the cat and Winifred the boa constrictor, who keep life entertaining and mildly unpredictable. Outside of the clinic, she loves being active, traveling, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. She’s also a dedicated fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Austin FC, and maintains an ever-growing collection of houseplants that continue to expand their territory throughout the house.
