Lady Bird PT COVID-19 Statement

Masks will continue to be required in our clinic by staff and patients at all time, despite vaccination status. As a healthcare setting serving at risk populations, we appreciate your understanding and continued commitment to keeping each other safe.

Lady Bird PT Policies and Procedures Regarding COVID-19

  • Lady Bird PT will continue to re-evaluate safety and may choose to return to virtual visits at any time that we feel this is necessary.

  • Lady Bird PT exclusively offers 1:1 care in private treatment rooms in our office​ limiting exposure during appointments.

  • Lady Bird PT only has one patient in our gym at a time.

  • Lady Bird PT will limit in person visits to as needed at the discretion of the treating therapist.

  • For office visits, we ask that each patient waits in their car until the appointment time to minimize time spent in the waiting area.

  • All patients will be required to wear a mask covering their mouth and nose for the entirety of their appointment and will be asked to reschedule or transition to virtual appointments if they feel they cannot comply with this. 

  • Patients are asked to not eat or drink in the clinic as to not remove their mask at any time.

  • Staff will wear masks and scrubs throughout the treatment sessions.

  • We will be disinfecting all surfaces with an EPA approved disinfectant, including door handles and bathroom before and after each visit.

  • We ask that you come alone to your appointment and do your best to find alternative care for children and infants if possible. 

  • We ask that you wash your hands and use hand sanitizer before your visit.

  • We ask that if you have traveled out of state or have had out of state visitors that you wait two weeks prior to scheduling an in person visit.

  • We ask that all patients reschedule if they or anyone in their household has a cough, fever, symptoms of COVID-19 or has been exposed to Coronavirus.

  • We are waiving cancellations fees if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, including but not limited to a cough, fever, shortness of breath, general malaise, loss of taste or smell, indigestion, etc.

  • We ask that if you feel you may have been exposed, please contact us to reschedule your visit to our virtual platform or for two weeks from the time of potential exposure.
